Which regulatory body will oversee the process and handle complaints?

As STEL is seated in Malta, the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) is the regulatory body with authority over the closure and run-off phases of STEL. Complaints can be directed to the MFSA as they oversee the operations of companies based in Malta; however, you can seek assistance from your local regulator as they will coordinate with the MFSA to address any complaints.
